COVID-19 Is a Bummer – It Can’t Stop Good Things From Happening
Here are a few of the good things I witnessed or experienced today:
- Each day surprises me with unexpected good things. Today, I received an email from a friend I hadn’t heard from in years. She’s sharing my grieving book with her mom (My friend’s mom was married for 64 years when her husband died). My friend is doing great things with her life. I’m grateful she’s been so successful. I also grateful something I’ve written can help another. Grateful! Grateful!
- I must have had 20 interpersonal contacts today. Not one person was negative, frightened, or feeling hopeless about the future. I’m surrounded by optimistic, hope-filled people. That is worth celebrating. Grateful
We’re another day closer to winning this battle. Don’t let the sideshow get you down (all the news). Good things are happening everywhere and they will continue to happen. We’re going to make it and make it in style.
The little things are priceless treasures to me. They brighten my day. I hope your day is filled to overflowing with the little things that make life worth living.
Grateful for all the above.
