What if we didn’t worry about yesterday, harbor old grievances, or wish we could start again? It would be an emotional diet where we shed unneeded emotional weight. Is it time to shed some emotional weight and let go of things that can’t be changed?

For me, I recall the day I clearly saw my dark side. It was a a cathartic experience for me. I was able to forgive myself and my life changed in that moment.
