Whenever I go to a wedding I like to think that there are two less lonely people on the planet. We need each other. It’s true we’re capable of deep, unconditional love. We’re also capable of hurting those we love most. The coin we carry has love on one side and forgiveness on the other side. The more we are capable of love, the more we are capable of forgiving. They go together. Great lovers understand. They create a love bank balance that the inevitable hurts can never deplete. Each time we forgive a hurt we replenish our love balance. Love on.
