Note: What is your primary intention today? The intention you choose is consequential for the kind of day you’ll have. When we chose to get even with someone, our day will be filled with anger and recalling past grievances. Conversely, if we choose an intention to do a good deed for someone or to successfully complete a task, we’ll be filled with positive energy. It doesn’t seem to be a difficult choice. Yet, to make it, we have to be awake to what is happening in our minds when we start the day. We have the power to set our intention.
