Smiling comes natural to me. I know I’m feeling good when I’m walking around beaming. Do you frequently smile? Or, are you someone who can’t think of a reason to smile? Being alive is the only reason I need to smile. Researchers are connecting smiling to our health. Here’s what they say:
Smiles might be good for our health.In the study, to be published in an upcoming issue of Psychological Science, researchers at the University of Kansas found that the act of smiling has a positive effect on our happiness and physical health, helping the heart recover more quickly after stressful events.
