Adaptability. Life changes far more frequently and more unpredictably than most of us would like. New obstacles range from a closed road on your normal commute to a natural disaster that destroys your home, ranging from the irritating to the devastating. The happiest people in life are . . . the ones who focus on finding the best way around the obstacle. Because they’re adaptable, they don’t have to worry about life’s unpredictability. . . . Â They simply find another way forward, and proceed.

🤗 Feel Good Hack ~ Life Is Good
Your Glass is Half-full.
If there’s one trait that goes hand-in-hand with happiness, it’s optimism. People who think positively are less likely to feel depressed, more productive at work, and generally healthier than their doom-and-gloom counterparts. That said, it’s important to be both optimistic and realistic instead of just blindly positive. (In fact, forcing ourselves to feel over-the-top positive may do more harm than good, especially for those of us more prone to cynical thinking.) People with a healthy combination of optimism and realism don’t let unhappy thoughts bring them down, but they use their realistic outlook to make smart decisions and actions. Talk about the best of both worlds.
🤗 Feel Good Hack ~ Don’t Give Away Your Personal Power
Mentally Healthy People Retain Personal Power
Mentally strong people don’t give negative people power over them. They refuse to blame anyone for holding them back or dragging them down.
🤗 Feel Good Hack ~ #1 of 7 Traits of Happy People
First Trait of Happy People
Gratitude. Gratitude is essential for happiness. You have to truly appreciate everything you have in life in order to be satisfied with it. If you don’t feel grateful, you’re always going to be looking for more, no matter how much you already have. You could make minimum wage or a six-figure salary and still constantly lust after more instead of being grateful you have a job. You could resent your parents and wish that they were different instead of appreciating the fact that they’re alive and well. Express your gratitude, openly and often, for all the great things in your life, and forget what you “could” have–focus on what you do have.
🤗 Feel Good Hack ~ The Power of Flowers
Apart from brightening up a room, flowers can also brighten up your mood. A floral fixture may reduce feelings of pain and anxiety while boosting positive emotions. One study also shows that looking at flowers first thing in the morning leads to increased happiness and energy and decreased anxiety. Not only that, but being surrounded by blooms can also positively affect your 9-to-5—it’s been shown to boost creativity and make workspaces feel more pleasant.
🤗 Feel Good Hack ~ Know Your Boundaries
Know Your Boundaries & Keep Them
Know your boundaries and stick to them. Having boundaries will work to keep you emotionally safe and happy.
A mentor passed along this guide to me in defining my boundaries. My mentor suggested I make a list under two headings: Heading 1: I Am This. Heading 2. I Am Not This. Work at it and you’ll instinctively know what belongs in each column.Â
🤗Feel Good Hack ~ Reclaim Your Space
Reclaim a bit of personal time and space each day. A small block of time away from the pressures, chaos, and responsibilities of the day will recharge you.  Don’t feel guilty about taking care of yourself!Â
