What happened yesterday is over. We can replay it a hundred times in our minds; it won’t change the outcome. What happens today is under our influence. We can live in the make believe world of the past, or, we can live in the adventurous world of the present. It’s a choice.

Letting go and moving on is often better said than done. It takes courage to let go. It takes faith to move on into an unknown future. What are you holding on to that is holding you back? Is it time to let go and move on?

A “real” friend will not betray me.

A “real” friend will challenge me to become better.

A “real” friend does not need to be asked to help, they’re on it from the start.

I enjoy dancing. Dancing is a relationship between the people dancing and the music. When all is in harmony the dancers and the music are as one. There’s lots of listening, and letting each person’s movement flow toward the other. It’s the way good relationships work. Dance on.
