Memories can be good and they can be debilitating. We all have good and bad memories. Let the good memories linger, but don’t live there. Don’t dwell on the bad memories, if there are lessons there, take them and move on.Â

What is your great talent? You have one. You have a special talent waiting to be discovered, nurtured, and benefit others. It’s there. Discover it.
When are you happy? You know, you have that peaceful, life is good feeling tingling all of your cells. You feel like singing and dancing, that kind of happiness. Be grateful for those moments. We can’t make them happen, but when they happen enjoy the ride and be grateful.
