Okay, you know the drill. You’re feeling down. Repeat until the feeling passes: Quitting is not an option.

The distance between ‘what is’ and ‘what might be’ is not a great as you may think it is. Don’t think about obstacles. Think about solutions and possibilities.

When I becomes WE a relationship flourishes.
💡 Something to Think About
I grew up south of Boston. I was taught to love the Red Sox and hate the Yankees. Many of the things we dislike or believe are inherently wrong have been passed down to us. Is it time to question some of these beliefs and adopt new, more meaningful and relevant beliefs?
BTW – I still root for the Red Sox, but no longer hate the Yankees (Sorry, Dad. LOL).

I have a friend who’s first response to any problem is anger and attack. He carves a trail of conflict on his path to resolving his problem. There are better ways to resolve problems. What is your primary response to a problem? Is it one of anger and attack? Is it one to seek more information? Is it one to seek a peaceful resolution to the problem? Is it one to seek a workaround?

The greater the love, the greater the pain when it’s over. Having a great love is worth the ride. Don’t be afraid to fall in love again and again. Love is a life force.
💡 Something to Think About
Don’t relinquish control to anger. Use anger to generate creative and constructive actions. You never know, you may make a big difference.
💡 Something to Think About
You wouldn’t be you if you didn’t have all the trials and triumphs in your life. Love who you are and you’ll love the journey you’ve traveled.

You can’t fill another’s cup if it’s already full. Move on. A friend can’t add a drop to your cup, if it is already full. People who continue to grow and learn always have room for more in their cup.
💡 Something to Think About
Each morning, we have a new opportunity to construct our reality. If we act powerless, others construct our reality for us. If we act empowered we can construct our reality. It may not always turn out the way we want. In the end, however, we’ll be a player in the game of our life.
