COVID-19 Is a Bummer – It Can’t Stop Good Things From Happening
Here are a few of the good things I witnessed or experienced today:
- A beautiful Mexican bluebird returned today. It’s been since last fall that I’ve seen one. Welcome back my beautiful friend.
- I’ve got black bean soup cooking in the slow cooker. When I have dinner, I’ll put some freshly grated parmesan reggiano on top. Yummo!
- I know social distancing is meant to keep us apart, but I’ve made a lot of new friends on my daily walks (from at least a distance of 6ft). COVID-19 is not stopping me from connect.
What I share are seemingly small and inconsequential things, but they are priceless to me.
Grateful for all the above.
