If you see the world different from me, it doesn’t mean we can’t be friends. If I’m willing to listen, I may learn something from you. Even if I still disagree, I can respect your opinion and seek to discover other areas of agreement. Getting stuck on one issue is similar to staring at a single dot on a wall and missing the entire wall.
