The questions we ask determine what we find and how we dialogue with each other.
Think of the difference between these two questions when asked in a relationship. Why did you do that? And, let’s set aside our problem for a moment and ask, “What is good about our relationship?” Beautiful relationships can be built by focusing on the good in each other and letting go of fault finding.
