    • Thank you for the comment. I find the same to be true for me. There are times when I can slip into the zone and lose all track of time. I think the same is true whenever we’re fully enjoying and immersed in what we do. Have the best day ever. Stay healthy and strong. Ray

      • Thanks Ray – yes, what athlete’s refer to as being “in the zone”, or some Buddhists refer to as “flow”. It’s a state of timelessness – there are few feelings as good as that. Wishing you the same. AP2 🙏
