“If we listened to our intellect, we’d never have a love affair. We’d never have a friendship. We’d never go into business, because we’d be cynical. Well, that’s nonsense. You’ve got to jump off cliffs all the time and build your wings on the way down.”
~ Ray Bradbury

This is superb, Ray. 🙂
Terveen, Thank you for your comments and insights! Ray Bradbury’s advice reminded me of the first of my three mentors. He was my boss and a father figure to me. One day he called me into his office. I thought I was in trouble. My mind raced through my adventures and misadventures of the past few days. When I went into his office, he was busy. He didn’t offer me a seat. I stood in front of his desk. After a very long moment, he looked at me and gestured with his baseball mitt sized right hand, and said, “Calabrese, you have great instincts. Always trust them.” I followed his advice and it has never let me down. Have a great day. Stay healthy. Shine on. Ray
