Thank you for your comments, Terveen. There was an instant where this happened for me and it changed everything. I was speaking to a large group in Pittsburg on my birthday. My wife and kids called me that evening and sang happy birthday and in their words made my day special. In that moment, I made a vow to myself that my career would never take precedence over my family and relationship with my wife. I never regretted the decision. I was, for the first time, doing what I wanted, not what I had to do. I let others chase the career highlights. I chased love. Shine on Ray
Love this. 🙂
