I was in the checkout lane today at the supermarket. I engaged in a brief chat with the woman behind me while we waited our turn. I was purchasing broccoli, mushrooms, and apples. As the cashier began to scan my items, the woman behind me said, “Put it on my tab.” WOW! She made my day. I’ll pay it forward. I sure will. Kindness is a big deal.
