No matter how tough the day, there’s a new day tomorrow. Hold on, hold on a bit longer. I’ve found that things work out if I keep on hanging on and giving it my best. Some days it’s tough to give anything, but I know I got to give all I got on those days even if I only have two percent to give.Â

Thank you for your comments, Terveen. I think life calls us to be strong, to hold on, not to quit. And, when we’re feeling strong we’re called to offer an outstretched arm to one who is struggling. It’s a lot like exercising, our muscles get stronger from exercising and they atrophy when we stop. We become emotionally and spiritually stronger the same way. Stay strong. Stay healthy. Shine on!
