My tough times recipe:
- Wake up. Thank God for another day and another chance.
- Get out of bed, exercise, shower, and coffee-up.
- Get going and don’t stop until everything is done.
- Find time to relax in the evening, no news, nothing serious flowing in.
- Go to bed. Thank God for all the good things I experienced.
- Sleep like a young child.
