One person who chooses to work through difficult issues with others until they are resolved is a community builder. He/she is as creative as Michelangelo in creating the statue, David. Guiding people to set aside personal interests and actively work together toward an agreeable solution is a task for the courageous. These are the people that hold families, work groups, and social organizations together. They change the world for the better. I think you are this type of person, I can feel your energy.
