Once a week I’ll make a frittata for dinner. I’ll sauté mushrooms, red peppers, onions, and toss in a few slices of a jalapeño. When the veggies are ready I’ll add egg whites and non fat mozzarella cheese. I’ll take it off the stovetop and pop it in oven for the final touch. When I plate it, I see how all the ingredients work together to make a tasty dish. No single individual item stands out. It’s a good life’s lesson for relationships, when we take our strengths and blend them with our partner’s strengths we create something wonderful.
