    • Thanks Val, I love my leafy greens. I’m making lentil soup in my slow cooker for my evening meal and tossed in a large helping of baby spinach, It’s only noon, but the soups fragrance is settng off the hungry alarms in me. LOL. Have a great weekend. Ray
