Everyone has a right to express his or her opinion. Wise people listen to the opinions of others even when they differ from their own. They evaluate their opinion on new evidence and are willing to change when the evidence warrants. A foolish person has fixed opinions and no amount of evidence can sway them from their opinion. They’ll argue and fight over a falsehood never realizing for a moment that the opinion they are defending is not true. Be open to change. Be open to accepting evidence that conflicts with what you believe is accurate.

Opinions, in law, are just beliefs, if you don’t have legal knowledge which is obvious from your post that you don’t have any. I am commenting because you talked about evidence and all; t’s only expert opinion that we consider, not of any layman’s opinion as it’s biased and based on only assumptions.
Thanks for your comment, Angry Bird. You are correct. My only legal experiences comes from reading novels and watch TV – LOL. I was involved in extensive research in academia. When my students and I worked in the field we tested hypotheses in each of our studies. We collected data, which we referred to as evidence to either support or refute our hypotheses. Your comments are always welcome. Here’s wishing you a great day. Ray
Oh..That I can get properly. I got caught up with the word evidence and opinions as my mind was working in only that direction when I read your blog.
Thank you for clearing it out qnd not taking offence and I applogize as it must have sounded like an over-reaction to the post.
But honestly, I didn’t mean to offend you rather I got stuck to the legal field only and completely forgot research work of which as well I have know-how.
Apologies for my clerical errors as well. LOL
Keep your sense of humor. The country western artist, now deceased, Waylon Jennings had a great song that went something like this, “I may be crazy but it helps me from going insane.” I thought he singing about me until I realized it fits most of us. 🙂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 😂😂 So true!
