I like this quote by Lao Tzu. It speaks the truth that the most challenging foe we have to face is ourselves. We often run from facing the truth about ourselves and project our shortcomings and what we hate in ourselves on others. It takes heaps of courage to look in the mirror and see oneself as one is, shadow and light. When we face the truth about ourself we can offer ourself the greatest gift, forgiveness.
