Keep Healthy Snacks at Eye Level — Organize your kitchen so healthy choices (fruit, nuts) are visible and processed snacks are hidden.
If you visited my kitchen area you’d find a section with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, and a mix of raw almonds and raw walnuts. I’ll nibble on them throughout the day. I also keep a small bowl of halo oranges on the counter. When I’m hungry I’ll grab a small orange. They’re easy to peel and taste great. I keep a box of biscotti in the cabinet. I limit myself to a biscotti with my coffee to weekends.
