Where our attention goes, our energy flows. One way to get unstuck is to change the direction of our attention. When we turn our attention to positive, uplifting dreams our energy flows in that direction. To do so, we have to turn our attention away from that which is distracting us from the pursuit of our dreams.

Today’s Power Thought ~ Find Your True North
I have a simple compass I keep handy. Although I no longer need it, my iPhone’s maps and digital compass have replaced it. I like to look at my simple compass every once in a while. I pick it up, hold it in my hand, and let it find true north. It causes me to reflect on the direction of my life. Do I know where I’m going? Do I know where I’ve come from? Do I know where I am? I’m not stuck in one place if I don’t like it. I can change my direction and find my true north.
