Most people have ten fingers. How often does the index finger point at others instead of turning back and pointing at the self? The difference is the measure between pridefulness and humility.
Have you heard the rain? How about birds singing? Or, children playing? The sounds of life surround us. There is a constant symphony of life swirling about us. Join in the chorus and sing and dance.
Two things we value most when lost: Love and health. Never lose a single opportunity to show those you love how much you love them. Tomorrow may be too late. Treat your body as a precious and beautiful gift.
