It’s 8:30 a.m. as I write this post. Here are my five things as of this moment:
- I took a long hot shower.
- My hot morning coffee as I read the news online (I had more than one cup).
- My health (I feel great).
- The music I listened to as I did my stretching exercises (Got to get the blood flowing).
- The bowl of blueberries I ate with my oatmeal (It’s a great combo).
Wow, my day is only going to get better. It’s going to be a great ride. I’m holding on.
