Pause for a moment, name five things that happened to you today for which you are grateful.

It’s 8:30 a.m. as I write this post. Here are my five things as of this moment:

  1. I took a long hot shower.
  2. My hot morning coffee as I read the news online (I had more than one cup).
  3. My health (I feel great).
  4. The music I listened to as I did my stretching exercises (Got to get the blood flowing).
  5. The bowl of blueberries I ate with my oatmeal (It’s a great combo). 

Wow, my day is only going to get better. It’s going to be a great ride. I’m holding on.
