We want to do a lot of things. Some folks have goals, bucket lists, or dreams of what they want to do. When we turn the things we want to do into things we’ve done, we’ve got a great sense of accomplishment.

Today’s Power Thought ~ Learn the Lessons
Everyone you’ll meet today has had experience. How many have learned the lessons taught by their experiences? Learn from each experience, good or bad, and wisdom will surround you.
Today’s Smile
Joe: “I finally did my laundry last night.”
Pete: “How did it go?”
Joe: “It’s a load off my mind.”
Today’s Inspiration ~ Wisdom & Patience
A person’s wisdom yields patience; it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense.
~ Proverbs 10:11

The news comes at us non stop. We hardly have a chance before the next big headline grabs hold of our attention. Don’t let it control your life. Be informed Be wise. Enjoy life.
Today’s Health Tip ~ Watch the Salt
Taste food before you salt it
Break the autopilot habit of reaching for the salt shaker to help you eat healthy.
How: For two days, don’t put any salt on your food at all. A short break can help reset your taste buds. Then, leave the salt shaker in the cabinet, so it becomes a bit of an effort to reach for it. Make a ritual out of truly tasting your food before you decide if it needs tweaking.

Today’s Good Word ~ Share
When my five dollars were young we had a saying, ‘share and share were alike.’ Whatever it was, it was shared. No one ever felt left out. No one ever felt slighted. When we share with others we not only give them something of material value, we give them something of ourselves. When we share, we open the door to our generosity. We discover we always have enough.
Today’s Power Thought ~ The Right Choices
We become like the people we hang out with. Hang out with people who inspire you, challenge you to rise to the next level, and who are kind and loving.
Today’s Smile
Joe: “My wife was in labor and I was holding her hand. I told her I was sorry for her pain.”
Pete: “What did she say?”
Joe: “She said, don’t worry Joe it’s not your fault.”
Today’s Poem ~ Four Things
Four Things
Henry Van Dyke
Four things a man must learn to do
If he would make his record true:
To think without confusion clearly;
To love his fellow-men sincerely;
To act from honest motives purely;
To trust in God and Heaven securely.
