2. Rich in Antioxidants
Packed with antioxidants, cumin helps fight free radicals in the body, reducing oxidative stress and lowering the risk of chronic diseases.
3. Aids in Blood Sugar Control
Studies suggest that cumin may help lower blood sugar levels by improving insulin sensitivity, making it beneficial for people managing diabetes or prediabetes.
4. Anti-Inflammatory & Immune-Boosting
Cumin has natural anti-inflammatory properties that support immune function and may help reduce inflammation-related issues like arthritis and heart disease.

Who am I? Life frequently challenges us to answer that question. Who I am today may not be who I am tomorrow. We evolve as we meet challenges, learn, and evolve our aspirations. Sometimes life challenges us to look at ourselves and ask, “Do I like who I’ve become?” When life challenges us to answer that question it’s asking us to check to see if our actions align with what we profess to be our core values. If we see a misalignment, we can change. We don’t have to be stuck in patterns of behavior that trap us in to becoming what we criticize in others. Change is always possible.

What good is worrying? It must do something good because most of us spend part or even all of our days worrying. We worry about what to wear. We worry about getting some job done. We worry about getting somewhere and then, when we’re there , we worry about what to do while we’re there. Worry, worry, worry. Perhaps someone should write a book telling us how to worry. We could all read it and perfect our worrying. If I could perfect my worrying, I wouldn’t have to worry if I am worrying the right way. If worrying were a muscle builder we’d all be buff. It’s not, that’s okay, we can worry about not being buff. Does worrying make sense?

Wake up. Day calls you to your life: your duty. And to live, nothing more. Root it out of the glum night and the darkness that covered your body for which light waited on tiptoe in the dawn. Stand up, affirm the straight simple will to be a pure slender virgin. Test your bodys metal. cold, heat? Your blood will tell against the snow, or behind the window. The colour in your cheeks will tell. And look at people. Rest doing no more than adding your perfection to another day. Your task is to carry your life high, and play with it, hurl it like a voice to the clouds so it may retrieve the light already gone from us. That is your fate: to live Do nothing. Your work is you, nothing more.
