Note: I love sweet onions. Vidalia and Texas 1015 (It’s the official Texas state vegetable) are two great choices.

According the anthropologist, Joseph Campbell, “the Navajo have that wonderful image of what they call the pollen path. The Navajo say, ‘Oh, beauty before me, beauty behind me, beauty to the right of me, beauty to the left of me, beauty above me, beauty below me, I’m on the pollen path.'” When we open our eyes to the wonder around us we see the beauty in everyone near us and all that surrounds us.
