Cops report they have nothing to go on.

The Great Yes
C.P. Cavafy
For some people the day comes
when they have to declare the great Yes
or the great No. It’s clear at once who has the Yes
ready within him; and saying it,
he goes from honor to honor, strong in his conviction.
He who refuses does not repent. Asked again,
he’d still say no. Yet that no—the right no—
drags him down all his life.
Improve Your Sleep Hygiene.
Sleep hygiene? Yes, it’s an important practice in our increasingly connected world. To get a good night’s sleep, cut screen use (phone, TV, laptop) in bed, limit naps, and establish a relaxing nighttime routine.
“Keep working. Keep trying. Keep believing. You still might not make it, but at least you gave it your best shot. If you don’t have calluses on your soul, this isn’t for you. Take up knitting instead.” ―
Here’s a great way to alter your thought patterns the next time you feel the heaviness of obligation taking hold when you are about to engage in any health behavior: Change your “I have to” statement to an “I get to” sentence. Complete this sentence: “I get to _________ (health behavior), which allows me to __________ (something you want to do or be). Simply by changing your thoughts, you will undoubtedly start to feel better about getting moving and doing something positive for yourself.
“Prefer the familiar word to the far-fetched. Prefer the concrete word to the abstract. Prefer the single word to the circumlocution. Prefer the short word to the long. Prefer the Saxon word to the Romance.” ―
“A man is at the funeral of an old friend. He approaches the dead man’s wife, and asks if he could say a word.
The wife says that yes, he could. The man stands up, clears his throat, and says ‘Plethora.’
The wife smiles, and says ‘Thank you, that means a lot.'”

Develop a more positive attitude. Being positive makes you see all of the good things in your life that you may be missing out on because you’re focusing on the negative things. It will also make you more open to more opportunities and possibilities because you’ll be looking at life with a “can do” attitude.[1]
