- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 small jalapeño, finely diced
- ¼ cup cotija cheese (or dairy-free alternative)

- Juice of 1 lime
Chipotle-Lime Crema:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp chipotle powder (or 1 tsp adobo sauce from chipotle peppers)

Instructions:
