“Our determination is what creates the path—our determination to make use of adversity rather than escape it (Alex Lickerman).”
If we endure the tough times and don’t let them break us, we can discover the lessons they teach us. The lessons embedded in the tough times prepare us to meet the challenges in front of us. They prepare us to succeed in multiple areas of our lives.
We all want to succeed. Yet, there is no guarantee of success. We do know that success doesn’t come knocking on the door, we have to chase it. The chase is fraught with all kinds of challenges. Those who persist and give it maximum effort, increase their chances they’ll get to dance with success.
“Still round the corner there may wait, A new road or a secret gate.”
“
For every obstacle there is a solution. Persistence is the key. The greatest mistake is giving up!”
~ Dwight D. Eisenhower

Then I wrote one more book.” ~ Beth Revis
“You must keep sending work out; you must never let a manuscript do nothing but eat its head off in a drawer. You send that work out again and again, while you’re working on another one. If you have talent, you will receive some measure of success – but only if you persist.”
― Isaac Asimov
“The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us from the support of a cause we believe to be just.” – Abraham Lincoln
