Nature” is what we see—
The Hill—the Afternoon—
Squirrel—Eclipse— the Bumble bee—
Nay—Nature is Heaven—
Nature is what we hear—
The Bobolink—the Sea—
Thunder—the Cricket—
Nay—Nature is Harmony—
Nature is what we know—
Yet have no art to say—
So impotent Our Wisdom is
To her Simplicity.
It’s not the shouting, the posturing, or righteous indignation that carries the day. Better to quietly endure, persevere, and be guided by one’s heart to reach the mountaintop.

Years ago, Marshall McCulhan wrote, “All media exist to invest our lives with artificial perceptions and arbitrary values.” To what degree does the media (social and otherwise) shape how you think or act?
Answer: The secret of stretching. When you stretch, ease your body into position until you feel the stretch and hold it for about 25 seconds. Breathe deeply to help your body move oxygen-rich blood to those sore muscles. Don’t bounce or force yourself into an uncomfortable position.
