Joe: “My girlfriend told me I need a new hair style.”
Pete: “What did you say?”
Joe:’I said, “I don’t need a new hair style. My pillow gives me a new hair style every morning.”

Hello is a simple greeting. It is expressed in different ways. I can speak the word hello. I can offer a friendly smile as my greeting. I can wave to you. These simple greetings are ways of acknowledging each other and implicitly confirming the world is a friendly place. When we follow up our hello greeting with a “how are you” or “have a great day” and offer a smile, we enrich our greeting. Imagine how you will make someone feel when you give them this super-charged greeting. You’ll be changing the world one greeting at a time.
Joe: “I enjoy like having a conversation with my young nephew much more than with most adults.”
Pete: “How so, Joe?”
Joe: “Most adults will never ask me what is my favorite snake.”
Friends of Mine

Good-morning, Brother Sunshine,
Good-morning, Sister Song,
I beg your humble pardon
If you’ve waited very long.
I thought I heard you rapping,
To shut you out were sin,
My heart is standing open,
Won’t you
walk
right
in?
Good-morning, Brother Gladness,
Good-morning, Sister Smile,
They told me you were coming,
So I waited on a while.
I’m lonesome here without you,
A weary while it’s been,
My heart is standing open,
Won’t you
walk
right
in?
Good-morning, Brother Kindness,
Good-morning, Sister Cheer,
I heard you were out calling,
So I waited for you here.
Some way, I keep forgetting
I have to toil or spin
When you are my companions,
Won’t you
walk
right
in?
Joe: “I had a panic attack, I thought the sun wasn’t going to rise.”
Pete: “What did you do?”
Joe: “I calmed down when it dawned on me.”
Joe: “I was visited my grandpa and he was talking to a young bearded guy with lots of bling and tattoos. I said, ‘Who is this guy?'”
Pete: “What did your grandpa say?”
Joe: “He said, “‘This is my hip replacement.'”
It’s not always a challenge. Go with flow you’ll go further, faster, and last a lot longer. Smile a lot more. Laugh deeply. Play music and dance with your partner. Enjoy the ride.
I Came to Buy a Smile - Today
Emily Dickinson
I came to buy a smile—today—
But just a single smile—
The smallest one upon your face
Will suit me just as well—
The one that no one else would miss
It shone so very small—
I'm pleading at the "counter"—sir—
Could you afford to sell—
I've Diamonds—on my fingers—
You know what Diamonds are?
I've Rubies—live the Evening Blood—
And Topaz—like the star!
'Twould be "a Bargain" for a Jew!
Say—may I have it—Sir?

A Smile Speaks The Words of the Heart
Smile more than you cry, Give more than you take, and Love more than you Hate. ~ Drake
The Smile
William Blake
There is a smile of love,
And there is a smile of deceit,
And there is a smile of smiles
In which these two smiles meet.
And there is a frown of hate,
And there is a frown of disdain,
And there is a frown of frowns
Which you strive to forget in vain;
For it sticks in the heart's deep core,
And it sticks in the deep back bone.
And no smile that ever was smil'd
But only one smile alone,
That betwixt the cradle & grave
It only once smil'd can be;
But when it once is smil'd,
There's an end to all misery.
